I loved everything about the camp: the place, the people, the delicious dinner and the camel ride. So cool! I was a bit skeptical about the comfort of the tent, but in the end it was cozy, clean, and so quiet. The owners of the camp are the best!

Look no further than Desert Stars for a lovely great value desert trip. It is a comfortable small camp with only 10 tents and really welcoming hosts. Each tent has its own bathroom. There is a nice dining tent with buffet dinner included and a substantial breakfast with eggs and beans stew. We sat around the fire in the evening after dinner and watched the stars. I went on a sunset camel ride which was magical, and had a fantastic half-day safari into the dunes with Ahmed, who is a highly skilled driver and great guide. I saw baby camels, foxes and lizards and ended with a bedu lunch. Communication was smooth with the host by WhatsApp in advance, I arranged a transfer as I had a small car which was also smooth. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time at Thousand Stars Desert Camp. The place is absolutely beautiful — right in the middle of the dunes, super peaceful and perfect for watching the sunset and the stars at night. Our tent was cozy and comfortable, and everything was really well taken care of. But what made the experience truly special was Ali — he’s such a kind and genuine host! He made us feel completely at home. If you want a real desert experience with great vibes and an awesome host, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely come back one day!

To Desert Diamond Private Camp είναι σε Badīyah, σε Al Sharqiyah, και διαθέτει καταλύματα με δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Perfect location in the golden sands of the desert. Exciting 4x4 experience on the way to (luckily assisted by the owners) 2 brothers who run this camp are very welcoming and friendly. Delicious food even with vegetarian options and first of all - one of the best beds we were sleeping on! Huge, hight quality mattresses with luxurious linen.

Rashid and his team were such a pleasure to meet. From pre-arrival communication until we left it was a great experience. The camp is great because there are only 5 tents and it's a little further into the desert so you feel pretty private. The food was delicious, though I will admit I was surprised it was Bengali food instead of Omani because the chef is Bengali. The 30 minute camel ride was great. We didn't really do any other activities because we wanted to just relax and spend time in the desert. I would highly recommend Rashid's camp to anyone considering a stay in the desert and if you can swing it stay for 2 nights. Thank you Rashid for making it an unforgettable experience.

It has been a very pleasant stay in the authentic and inspiring surroundings. The host Badr and all team was welcoming and helpful, the company and meals really great and the atmosphere in the desert camp just outstanding!
