If one wants to experience desert in a very safe and still authentic way, do not book a chalet with pool, book a quality very large tent from a local person, Ali, who grow up himself, with his camels, in the desert, only 2 km away.

Our tent was cozy and comfortable, and everything was really well taken care of. But what made the experience truly special was Ali — he’s such a kind and genuine host! He made us feel completely at home. If you want a real desert experience with great vibes and an awesome host, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely come back one day!

With inner courtyard views, this accommodation provides a patio. The luxury tent features mountain views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. Staying at Desert Diamond Private camp was one of the best experiences I had in Oman. The camp is private and peaceful, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious and varied — I especially enjoyed the camel meat at dinner. Breakfast on the soft desert sand was unforgettable. The room and bathroom were both beautifully decorated and very clean. The stargazing trip was a magical experience that added a special touch to the stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable desert escape.

Muscat International Airport is 199 km from the property. Perfect in every possible way. Mr Saud and his stuff are wonderful, the facilities, beds are amazing. Dinner and breakfast great. The location is perfect , you feel alone and no other camps in site, extremely private and cozy. Fantastic!

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the luxury tent's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. I liked everything, especially the owner and the people there. I want to thank Rashid for being such a great human being, for all his care and everything he does. Breakfast was delicious, so was dinner. I had a great time in the desert and enjoyed to talk to Rashid about everything and anything. I recommend with all my heart, ifnyou want to enjoy the silence and also learn more about the nice people of Oman.
