The apartment was beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well fitted out, with quality appliances and crockery and cutlery. The bbq outside was a great benefit and we enjoyed using it. The vending machine and games provided were fun and appreciated. The location was away from the bustle but close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants - Spring Creek is a gem. We asked for an early checkin and this was accommodated with no issue. An absolute treat!

Great location close to Banff with walking trails behind the facility. BBQ, picnic table and backyard area was a pleasant surprise. Super well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and more! Great spot.

Most likely the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable beds, very clean , great location and use of a great pool and spa. Will certainly return.

The room was superb, very cosy apartment with adequate facilities and kitchenware. Room was very comfortable and well-lit, bed was big. The staff was very quick to response. The washing machine was out of order one night and the technician has fixed it before noon the next day. In general very satisfied with the stay!

The staff was responsive and extremely friendly, making us feel very welcomed. They genuinely cared about our happiness. The owner, a very nice lady, helped us set up the fireplace for me and my fiancée, gave us some blankets, helped me set up flowers for my fiancée, and even allowed us to stay a little later in the pool. The room was cozy, romantic, and clean. We will definitely be coming back again.
