We normally opt for a Premier Inn Hotel on our travels but decided to try something different. We were very pleased with The Lodge. It was exactly as described if not better. With a lovely warm & friendly welcome from our hosts. The Lodge was exceptional clean and well presented, with quirky decor and very comfy bed. We were booked in for one night as we had originally planned to move North, but decided to book an extra night as we were lucky to find such a gem, plus the location was easy to have a day trip out and explore. Would highly recommend.

I was doing some filming work in the area and this was the perfect place to stay. There is access to multiple waterfall trails for those coming to see the sights. A small and quiet place but has a wonderful atmosphere, clean rooms and friendly staff.
