Guests at the lodge can enjoy a continental breakfast. We had an amazing time! The lodge is modern, super comfy, and Akira along with the whole team were fantastic. Even though we visited at the end of the season and were the only guests, they made sure we had everything we needed. Every morning, they prepared breakfast just for us, and we absolutely looooved every dish. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Can’t wait to come back!

The chalet provides mountain views, a barbecue, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Beautiful accommodation with excellent facilities. Plenty of space and very comfortable for bigger groups or families. Concierge team started a whatsapp chat group a day prior to check in and were responsive throughout our stay with any questions we had.

Location is in the quiet area with stunning view of the mountains. The fall foliage around the area is so beautiful.

The accommodation has a spa bath. Very helpful & lovely hosts. The onsen is great. Papa was happy to give us a lift. He even brought our bags to the train station when we missed the bus back from the snow monkeys.

There is a private bathroom with bidet in every unit, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. Such a great place to stay at! Nice spacious room with comfortable beds, great common room to chill at night after a day on the slopes too. We really liked the freshly cooked breakfast every morning, simply delicious. A big thanks also for our host Mr. Chen for his wonderful hospitality, and a special thanks for driving back to the station to bring us the bag we forgot at the lodge, would not have made our train without him! Overall great experience, would recommend to anyone going to Hakuba.

Offering ski-to-door access and ski storage space, Belle Vue Nishiura is located in Minami Uonuma in the Niigata Region, a 3-minute walk from Ishiuchi-Maruyama Ski Resort. The property offers a free shuttle service. Free private parking is available on site. One of the best stay in Japan. The host was amazingly welcoming and helpful prior to arrival and during our stay. Location is amazing and 3min walk from ski lift but owner also helped us doing free shuttle when needed to go to Gala ski resort.

Villa Orange Cabin is set in the Fujikawaguchiko Onsen-kyo district of Fujikawaguchiko, 5 km from Lake Kawaguchi, 7.4 km from Fuji-Q Highland and 28 km from Mount Fuji. This 1-star villa offers free shuttle service and luggage storage space. The villa offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Location was great! It was a very comfortable place, the rooms were very spacious and the facilities were great. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and it was a great experience!

I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing fancy but everything was comfortable and clean. We had dinner in the lodge and it was very handy as finding restaurant availability in Hakuba can be a challenge during ski season. Most importantly the lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. 2 out of our 4 snowboard bags went missing by our luggage delivery service. She made phone calls and got it all sorted. She was very gracious and worked through the language barrier. Above and beyond service!

At Le Bocage – Hakuba Echoland Chalets, free shuttle services are provided to and from local supermarkets and Hakuba Station during the winter season. Ski storage is available at the reception house. We had a great few days staying in the chalet. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located to access various hikes/trailheads, restaurants, supermarkets and other sites. The two bathrooms (one on each floor) were handy and we loved having the washer/dryer. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, including oil, salt and pepper. The fridge/freezer was large. We liked the keyless entry system. Finally, staff were very responsive and helped us ship our luggage with Yamato to our next destination.
