Cabins in Castries

Location superb there were 87 steps from reception to my chalet but a car was available to take me to a close drop off whenever needed. The height gave even greater views . Funicular to beach

The staff were so kind, helpful, friendly, polite and professional Pools were clean and the ideal size and depth with comfortable sun beds around Food was delicious and plentiful Staff kept the whole area clean and tidy The shuttle bus was really convenient The property was wheelchair accessible

The breakfast was very good. Good variety, healthy choices. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly especially, Marla and Oneika. The shuttle service between the properties was a bonus.

Big room with a beautiful view of the bay. Steep hills made easy through the shuttle service and big smiles greeting you everywhere.

As part of the Bay Gardens Group of hotels certain basic and expected standards such as meals, room care, general hospitality and shuttling from one entity to the next were maintained. The efforts made by the staff in these areas made our stay enjoyable.

The outdoor/nature aspect of the location was exceptional. The nature trails and hike to see the Piton was lovely. You can never run out of things to do at the resort. Also loved that everyone had their own cabin semi-secluded cabin.

Rooms were clean and beds were super comfy. Plenty of pools to choose from and nice hotel restaurant which we had drinks at in the evening (beware the rum punch is VERY strong). The shuttle service takes you for free to their beach front resort where you can use the facilities. The pool there is much nicer and larger, lovely restaurant on the beach front (although very slow service) and can use sun loungers for free. Towels were provided by the hotel which was a plus.

This hotel is small and quiet. The shuttle bus transports you every 30 mins to the much plusher beach resort. Lovely beach with lots of sun beds. No complaints
