Amazing accommodation experience! I was staying for 9 nights. The location is very good: not so far from city, but groceries, banks are near. Not so far from train station but you will never hear the trains. Wild nature. Cabins are very clean, good equipped. Washmachine is available. Place for parking is available and owner helped with motorbike renting. The breakfasts were overwhelming! Everyday fresh, every day new option, generous portions. Once owners arranged a local-style dinner 😍 The owner was very helpful and friendly, did a much for my comfortable staying, thank you very much! ❤️

El Manthally Cabanas ofrece cabañas únicas hechas a mano en un entorno de selva, a solo 1,5 millas tierra adentro de la hermosa playa de Narigama y a 2 millas de la playa de Hikkaduwa. La localización, en plena naturaleza rodeados de todo tipo de animales. Las cabañas de madera tienen una decoración exquisita y las camas son comodísimas. Kolitha nos ayudó en todo momento y nos explicó las diferentes plantas que se encontraban en el jardín, como se cultivaban y se utilizaban para cocinar. El desayuno super abundante y riquísimo. Lo recomendaría a todo el mundo, definitivamente si vuelvo al país repetiré.

The CatiPe Lodge está a pocos pasos de Playa de Hikkaduwa y ofrece jardín y terraza, así como alojamiento con aire acondicionado, patio y wifi gratis. We had a late flight so didn't get to the property until 2am and had no problems with checking in! We loved the balcony looking over the jungle and train tracks, and enjoyed watching the trains pass by!

The property is a little gem surrounded by a beautiful garden. The family is extremely kind and arrange for us scooter rental and the best breakfast we had in the island. The place is very private and comfortable. Close distance from nice jungle restaurants and back road through the jungle village to go to the beach. Nice get away.

Writers Lodge was perfect in every way. It was well located , fully stocked and fitted with high quality towels and linen. The villa was the best of its kind in Galle. The staff are also polite and accommodating.
