At the top of the hill, surrounded by tea plantation and magnificent nature. The bungalows are so spacious and comfortable. Big and comfortable bed. The view of the valley below and sunrise is spectacular. The smells and sounds of the nature keep you so calm with no need of anything else. Property manager Inthizar and his team makes sure you are taken care of properly. The food is excellent, both local and international dishes and you can choose to eat at the bungalow or the terrace. The hike through the plantation was amazing and a special treat. It is a bit away from Kandy, but worth by any means. When we left, just like amazinh host he is, Inthizar was checking on us if we were doing fine on the rest of our voyage and if we needed any assistance from his side. Definitely a place to visit again.

For us it was an amazing week that we did not expect the peace of the place, and the ease of getting around. Asela drove us to Kandy any time, we didn't know is was so close, and the drive so easy. It was actually nicer for us to be out of the city and Ascela took us around at a very low cost, we used messaging and always on time to meet us. Restaurants are interesting in town but we enjoyed eating at the home-stay because the food was very very good & healthy, such a beautiful place to look over the valley & their own vegetable & herb garden! We liked going on walks, magnificent views, and Asela actually gave us a little hiking tour! In Kandy, there are tourists like us- at Tedro we had privacy, but also felt part of the community when we took walks. There is a TV but we never used it. We will be back, some day, and we do recommend this precious experience to anyone that wants good food, good sleep (the bed is great, view is really nice) access to town& the sights. In fact, we ended up going on a longer excursion to Siguria with Asela as our driver! He kindly got us there and back safeley, and gave us a lot of space for personal privacy as we did our own exploring. He is a very good guide and his family - downstairs from the room & porches - is respectful.

Out door sitting areas, stoned carved seats and bath tubs, swings, tree house nets. Kids loved it. We loved the peaceful nature and the calm environment.

The property has an outdoor dining area. Our recent stay here was truly one of the best experiencs we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible hospitality and the stunning location. The owner, Mr. Ajith, has created a beautifull and unique space that feels both relaxing and welcoming. A special thank to Mr. Herath, who was incredibly freindly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight of our visit, however, was the food. It was absolutely delicious! …some of the best we've tasted in all of Sri Lanka. We loved the design of the property. We loved the cleanliness. We loved that almost everything was made out of wood, giving the space an attic feel. The a-frame structure is so incredible. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, offering a good view of the mountains. Our group of eight people was very comfortable, and there was enough space for everyone to relax and socialize. Another wonderful perk is that “Bellwood View Point” is very close to the property. A small note for future guests: the access roads are quite narrow and not well maintained. When two vehicles pass, there isn’t much room to pull over, so extra caution is needed when driving. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway with exceptional service and a spectacular view.

The owner and her assistant were extremely nice and helpful. Our check in was quite but they were present and did not leave us until they made sure we have what we need. Our booking was bedding only so cannot judge breakfast quality. In terms of location, we never had issues requesting an Uber; a big max of 2 mins and our car would reach the place
