This area SL low key not all built up, quieter! The great breezes make it kite surfers paradise, and the breezes make the huge covered porch a nice place to hang out.. The family that manages very helpful, content & beautiful. They make good food, and help arrange local needs. The first night I stayed in budget room, but then upgraded for 2 nights to the larger cabana because it has better cross ventilation & surfaces to put things on. Both size rooms have your own porch with cushioned seating. Neither rooms have a/c but you don't need it with the good breezes & room fans.

One of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka. The people working at the lodge are so nice, the food is very good and the tent is beautiful. The surroundings are so peaceful. We did a safari with Ranil and it was amazing. He knows a lot about Sri Lankan wildlife and our safari could not have been better! Thank you for this amazing stay!

Speaking of which, the hotel were incredibly helpful at helping us organise our safari last minute. The people here are so kind. We were greeted with drinks when we arrived, when we came back from safari. It's all felt very luxurious! Dinner was really tasty, as was breakfast and the room is really nice.
