Surrounded by the Black River Natural Park and the mountains of Chamarel, Lakaz Chamarel Exclusive Lodge offers sweeping ocean views. The lodge is 6 km from La Goulette village. The location and the service were excellent. We stayed for 3 nights and would go back tomorrow. The location is remote and quiet and you have the feeling of being completely isolated. The views and surrounding areas are beautiful and the view from the view bar is also spectacular at sunset! The staff were incredibly helpful and always happy to assist.

We had a wonderful stay here and everything was amazing. We loved the villa and the nature surrounding us. Very good breakfast, it is delivered at the villa in a basket in the morning. I recommend having a car rented as you have to drive a bit from the main road. It is only 6 minutes drive to Chamarel waterfall and 7 coloured earth. For us it was the best accommodation in Mauritius and we regret not staying for at least one more night.

Maë was a super helpful host giving me local recommendations and being very flexible when my arrival plans changed. I enjoyed my stay so much!

Everything was very well thought through and tastefully done. Every fixture and fittings were top notch. The exceptional view of the Grand Piton, the highest peak in Mauritius, just across the valley is majestic. The place is very calm, quiet and peaceful. The car park is inside the compound, right next to the lodge. The wifi was fast. The ac in the bedroom was quiet and effective. The bathroom fittings too were high quality. The bed is huge, well made and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was available in the lodge, right from the moment we arrived and was very generous. The terrace sitout was amazing to enjoy the stunning views around. The outdoor fire place with a cozy corner was very relaxing.

Very nice place, we really liked the beach just a minute away, just few people, the waves,very clean.

Το Between2Waters Chalet rental car offered έχει θέα στον κήπο και παρέχει βεράντα και μπαλκόνι. Το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Domaine Les Pailles είναι περίπου 23 χλμ μακριά. The accommodation was ideal for a couple. The position was ldylic for us, as was close to the beach and the river. The use of a car as it not close to shops or restaurants was a bonus

The host was there to welcome us, she was very friendly and very helpful, showed us around. We appreciated her prompt replies whenever we needed some advice. I will definitely recommend this location it is great value for money
