Situated within the grounds of the impressive Larnach Castle, surrounded by stunning gardens, you'll find Larnach Lodge and Stables stay. The room was lovely with a fabulous view and the bathroom was beautiful, with a heated floor. Breakfast was amazing and the castle and gardens a huge bonus to our stay.

Everything was great, Val and James were so bubbly and helpful that they made our stay amazing. The little extras throughout our room, bathroom, and kitchen just make it feel homely, and you feel special. Thank you, Val and James. We'll definitely be back. There is so much more to see and do there thanks to their knowledge of the area.

Very nice atmosphere and scenic views. Host are helpful to come and assist us when our 4WD could not drive in to the driveway due to the snow. We were allowed to park our SUV on the road. Very nice, comfortable place. We loved the place so much.

When we arrived at Milford Sound Lodge, we were informed that the road would be closed the following day. Unfortunately we could not stay but the staff member, Gillian, immediately confirmed we could cancel without any penalties. The money was refunded promptly. We were disappointed we couldn’t stay as the lodges looked fab but with the amazing customer service we received, I have no doubt it would have been a wonderful stay.
