When we arrived at the property the owner was already waiting for us with the keys. He was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. Asked us how much water needs to be filled in the swimming pool so that the kids are comfortable. The property was so green, mango trees were filled with ripe mangoes, banana trees, date trees and to add it up it was raining which made it more magical. The property was clean, impeccable and the fridge had mangoes and dates for us. Even the kitchen is filled with utensils so for a family you are not far away from your home

Very friendly host, you can see he has a heart for the chalet and the guests. Sent a list of sights, clearly explained that on jebel ash sham can go up on 2d (we saw how frightened by forums tourists went several kilometers on foot), and then separately asked if we all ok. Chalet is in the old town, right behind the wall. The price/quality ratio is excellent, I recommend it. We regret that we stayed only one night.

MY HOTEL Al Lathba Pool Villa - Nizwa فيلا اللثبه-نزوى está en Nizwa, a 8 min a pie de Fuerte de Nizwa, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado y terraza. The villa was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 6. Location was excellent, being in close proximity to the old town, Nizwa fort and souq. There were a lot of cafes and restaurants available within a short walking distance. It was also a short walk to the goat souq for a memorable Friday morning experience. Keys pick up was easy and the owner was very considerate and checked in to make sure we settled in comfortably as well as ensuring the indoor pool was heated and ready for us. We also really enjoyed the free breakfast that came with the stay. Parking onsite (in the garage) was definitely a plus point! Overall it was an excellent stay!

Perfect location to visit Nizwa, just 5 minutes walk from the souq and the fort. The house is beautiful, is like living in a tiny city yourself, it is so nice we enjoyed stay inside! The swimming pool is warm all the time and really relaxing. There is a small kitchen ans there were dates and coffee for us at our arrival. There are plenty of places to have breakfast just outside the door.
