Το AfriCamps at Gowan Valley είναι ένα κατάλυμα με βεράντα, το οποίο βρίσκεται σε Balgowan, σε απόσταση 19 χλμ από Φράγμα Midmar, 23 χλμ από Howick Museum και 23 χλμ από Καταρράκτης Howick. Everything that you need for a perfect weekend getaway. The tent is more spacious than expected, with a well equipped kitchen and two sizeable rooms. The unit was immaculately clean, with fresh linens, towels and extra blankets provided. The wood fired hot tub was a fun experience! Located on the lovely Gowan Valley Guest Farm, a gorgeous property where you can enjoy spectacular river views and forest greenery (the short Forest Walk through the property should not be missed!).

Nice and quiet getaway, falling asleep with only the sound of the river. So much attention for details by the sweetest couple who run the place. Amazing view. Nice walk at the property along. the town close by felt very safe. We used this spot to travel to Drakensberg park, so after a day of hiking this was the perfect place to relax. One of our favorite spots in South Africa!

Overlooking the Rietspruit and Umgeni Valleys in the Natal Midlands, The Hilton Bush Lodge is located in Hilton. Pietermaritzburg is 22 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site.... The property was beautiful. We loved the view of the waterfall, and if you ask the host, they will tell you how to hike down to it. We saw wildlife and tons of birds. It was quiet and we felt very safe and as a special bonus of the floors were heated. Wonderful especially in winter.

To enjoy the facility and the surroundings , you would be advised to be driving since getting taxis or ubers is not an option. Other than that, it is an amazing facility with very lovely hosts.

Το Breathtaking Midlands stay at THE PROTEA CHALET 5kms from N3 είναι σε Hilton και απέχει μόλις 15 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Queen Elizabeth Park Nature Reserve. We loved our stay, it was perfect for what we needed for one night. The unit was clean and comfortable. My children loved being outside and seeing the birdlife in the garden. The host was amazing, Sue's communication is great, and we would definitely visit again should the need arise.

A hidden oasis where you can enjoy nature while still having the luxury of modern facilities. Nice hiking trails around the area. Braai, sky watching and boating facilities provided. Very romantic. Hosts are superb and very kind.

This was an amazing place that overlooks the Midlands meander, making it perfect for an RnR experience and river below was an added bonus because I got to take a dip in a little private setting .Judy was an excellent host to us .The friendly dogs also played their part for hosting us .Definitely will be returning !!!
