The staff are great and it's obvious making your stay enjoyable is there main goal. Did I mention the chalet, it really has to be experienced to be believed - fantastic!!

Offering a garden, Ngoma Zanga Lodge is situated in Livingstone, 300 metres from Railway Museum (Livingstone). SDA Church is 600 metres away. Free private parking is available on site. Lovely small property near central Livingstone. Rooms are a good size and nicely decorated. Pool area was lovely. Excellent dinner service and menu. We really enjoyed our meals and I really enjoyed the chicken and peanut stew with nshima. An excellent breakfast as well. What sets this property apart is the excellent communication and personal attention of the staff. Kennedy was a joy from the time of our reservation through to checkout. Naomi was wonderful as well. Whether it was bringing a blanket poolside on a cool morning when I was reading or helping to change a SIM card in my phone, she was so helpful.

Situated in Livingstone, on the Northern banks of the Zambezi River, The Victoria Falls Waterfront offers accommodation within 10 km of Victoria Falls. All in all an excellent experience. Great rooms comfie beds, yummy breakfast (some days the monkeys were quite active so had to eat inside!) Beautiful view of the river and very helpful staff.

The rooms are stylish and comfortable. The breakfast had gluten free and vegetarian options. The staff were very efficient, friendly and supportive. The location is beautiful, on the river.

I really loved the peaceful atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings at Mist Lodge. The lodge blends beautifully with the landscape, offering amazing views and a real sense of tranquility. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help without being intrusive. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor—it felt very authentic and relaxing. Plus, the food was excellent, especially the local dishes. Overall, it was a perfect retreat for reconnecting with nature and unwinding.

I had a great stay at this lodge in Livingstone. I arrived later than expected after taking the bus from Lusaka, but the owner was very flexible with my arrival time, which I really appreciated. Even though it was already dark, the lodge was easy to find thanks to the clear signage at the entrance. The property is peaceful and surrounded by lush plants, which made it feel like a little oasis. At night, I could hear the crickets and absolutely no other noise—it was wonderfully quiet. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with both a fan and air conditioning, plus a mosquito net over the bed (though I didn’t see any mosquitos in the room). I didn’t end up using the air conditioning because the windows were screened from the outside and couldn’t be closed from the inside, but with the fan on and the mild May weather, the room stayed very comfortable at night. The price was extremely reasonable for what you get. I also appreciated having an electric kettle and mini fridge in the room—small touches that made my stay even more convenient. One thing to note: the WiFi signal in my room was not very strong, and I also had weak MTN cell service in that area. I was able to send messages without issue, but video calls were difficult from the room. While the lodge is a bit outside of town, it was easy to get around using Yango, and they also offer a private car service if you need help getting into town. The staff were polite and quick to respond to anything I needed. One small tip: bring small bills, as they may not always have change for larger cash payments. Overall, I would definitely stay here again—especially if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay while visiting Livingstone.
