The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very large with a huge terrace. The cleanliness is at a high level, as is the equipment in the room. It is a pleasant walk through the park to the castle, where the restaurant is. Nearby (500 m) there is a golf course and a train station, from where you can take a train to Karlovy Vary. Breakfast was fantastic, as were the lunches. We had half board, which I highly recommend. So after playing a round of golf, we could go for lunch whenever we wanted, between 13:00 and 19:30.

Friendly staff. Nice people. Good beer and generally a nice country to visit. The city was ok with great Nature around. Good for trekking / walking. Shopping food is a bit restricted to 7-18. There is an asian mini market in town square outside normal hours. A few nice bistroes

Hotel is situated in the very center of the city, just few meters from the famous main spring. Unique heritage building Golden Lamb was nicely restored. We appreciated that the hotel is small (we don't like big chain hotels) and has nice spacious rooms with quite bold bathroom designs. Interior of the hotel looks like a 5 star, everything is plated with gold, red carpets, etc... In fact you can buy it for a fraction of the 5 star hotel for the same or even better room. This is really a hidden gem in the Karlovy Vary!

The hotel is located in a breathtakingly beautiful forest. I felt blissful having dinner at the sunlit terrace of the hotel being surrounded by those magnificent spruces. It's a serene place with very clean air and gorgeous lanscape design. When I came to breakfast each morning, I wanted to scream with delight, because the restaurant area has enourmous windows, and while enjoying your food you can admire flowers, bushes and all the nature that surrounds this beautiful hotel.
