Stayed here back in Aug 2018 and decided to book again for two nights in June 2025. Had a pleasant experience for both stays. For the latest one, I booked a Double Room, which could in fact accommodate my family of four (2 adults and 2 young kids). During the check in, they upgraded me to a Triple Room for free. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and toilet was a luxury (comes with a jacuzzi tub). Breakfast spread was good as well. Hotel was also located centrally and within walking distance to the sights and shopping districts. If you are driving, take note they have an underground carpark on the same side of the hotel (just further down the road). The open space carpark is way more expensive.

I was very happy with the location of the hotel right in the middle of Andorra la Vella. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me out with my questions on sightseeing and shopping. I also spent an hour at the spa as part of my package and enjoyed the facilities.

Loved this hotel - from a warm welcome to delicious meals in the restaurant and breakfast as we requested. Peaceful location with spectacular views and nearby lake. We Andora Hotels can be expensive, And in this booking, At this price, No complaints. Luckily we had a room at the rear, Overlooking the River. The Downsides, whole hotel could use a good handyman. The Restaurant is not open anymore , Fortunately, We got mega lucky, And found an EXCELLENT place a mile or so up the road, on the left, Called "Borda de l'Arena" Traditional food at very decent prices, So perfect

Nice and secure parking, the room was comfortable and well equipped, a couple of options for the dinner are reachable in a few minutes by foot, in the morning the Hotel Bar is open for breakfast.
