That's a great hotel for the price they offer. Rooms are spacious, with kitchenette, dining table and sofa, so you have like a little flat in fact. There is a balcony with waterfall view, so you sleep with waterfall sounds, it is amazing relaxation! Birds singing in the morning is the best music! Bathroom with a bath and all necessary toiletries (with funny texts on them). There is a teapot in every room. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast and dinner were very good, the choice of the meals is not very wide but there was everything necessary, everything was tasty and cooked from high quality grocery. Staff is very nice and friendly. Free big parking. Awesome experience!

Very good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge. Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap. Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier! Special thanks to the reception manager Emanuel for prompt and high-quality assistance in solving our extra whims, we really appreciate it!

Really friendly atmosfere .There wasn t a single day the team didn t interact with us, see how are we are getting on or if we need anything . Easy to communicate with really good english and were using whats app as well . All info got before check in so at check in, tired after a long trip with 2 kids a meat and great and we went strait to our room . First hotel we had netflix kids loved it . Our room was aired and tidyed every day without hesitance . Really warm and comfty room ( we are a family of 4) clean sheets extra blankets and pillows were available . We weren t lucky to have snow in Arinsal but the team were really helpfull recomending alternative locations ,Ordina Arcalis , and the kids had a an amazing time skiing . Also we had a percentage of discount when renting the ski equipenemt , St Mouritz group ,recomandations of good family friendly restaurants and so on . Quiet place and respectfull guests , not a single night we were woken up buy noisy people .. We had an amazing time, felt welcomed and all efforts were made to make us feel like home . The sky lifts are just across the road , free parking , supermarket also across the road and lost of good restaurants ,irish pub pizza places grill , burger s sport and hunters bars and so on .

I was there for the World MTB championships and the...

I was there for the World MTB championships and the organisation for getting to and from the bike park was excellent. There were plenty of buses available to the gondola to access the bike park. I also had a days hiking where I found the route very well sign posted with paths and bridges well kept.

Family ski trip with a 8 and 6 year old.

Family ski trip with a 8 and 6 year old. The resort is very good for beginners and intermediates. Everyone working here in all areas seemed friendly. We all had ski school which was all at the same time and oddly morning four hours lessons were split to 09:00-12:00 and 15:00-16:00. This meant a lot of time was wasted dropping off kids and getting to lessons/waiting for people to arrive as it was twice per day. And we couldn't really go do anything else if we wanted to attend the afternoon hour lesson. Our instructors were all very good during the lessons though. We also paid for lockers at the top of the gondola but they didn't open till 15 minutes before lessons started 5 minutes away, resulting in a mad rush of lots of people trying to get ski boots on in a small space all at the same time. The resort was not that busy when we were there, but the bars/restaurants on the slopes filled very quickly and it was often a wait to get a table for lunch. Facilities were all pretty good otherwise.

Great resort for skiing at a beginner/intermediate level.

Great resort for skiing at a beginner/intermediate level. Beginners will blossom with fantastic ski schools. Intermediates can ski in Arinsal and take the gondola across to Pal on the other side of the mountain so more choice of skiing. Great bars and food in the restaurants is excellent. And super value for money compared to Other ski resorts. Highly recommend.

I ended up with a full body rash which the doctor explained as folliculitis… I had to have antibiotics and apply cream for two weeks… it started at the hotel after using their spa … no issues prior… the hotel point blank refuse to acknowledge this as as nothing to do with them.. twice I have been here… I won’t be returning

The Spa is amazing and our family room (two interconnecting rooms) was lovely. The staff are very friendly and the sports bar is great when you are travelling with young adults. Every night there was fresh food being prepared to order at the grill so that really uplifted the buffet. A great ski hotel.
