The hotel is situated in Yas Island close to the airport so very convenient. The views are amazing. Good food and relaxing space. The pool is a great size. This hotel is good place to just switch off! The room is fantastic size and the bathroom was spacious and very clean! I would stay here again for sure! The receptionist, Thet, deserves special recognition for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The warmth and constant smiles from the staff, including the welcoming attitude of Oumaima and the meticulous room cleaning by Samy, added an extra layer of comfort to my visit. Samy's thoughtful touch of sprinkling rose flowers in the room daily showcased exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to creating a pleasant atmosphere. I also appreciate the exceptional cleanliness of the rooms and the well-organized amenities, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The lady at the reception extended my stay for an additional night at a reasonable price, showcasing a high level of customer service and flexibility. The cultural Arabic night was a highlight, offering a wonderful glimpse into the local traditions. I also enjoyed the special food days that added a unique touch to the culinary experience. The provision of free beach towels and access to the sauna was a thoughtful gesture that enhanced the overall convenience of my stay.
