Genti was a great host, Although they state that cash is the required/preferred payment they allowed us to pay half by card to avoid taking money out with Tirana ATMs which have a 6 euro fee! He also kindly provided us with a free shuttle in the morning so we could get to the airport which we really appreciated as we forgot to request one in advance (our fault) but he still managed to sort us out! The hotel is perfect for relaxing. It has any kind of comfort one can think. We loved the Spa during our stay. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a large and comfy sofa, and a nice balcony. Beds were extremely comfortable and very large. Staff was very helpful, cheerful and prompt to meet any requests we could have. Breakfast was huge and very tasty. Perfect value quality-money. A special thanks to the guys at the reception who help us a lot navigating the roads on Tirana.
