The place is excellent - pictures do not give it a justice! The flat is very spaciuos, two bedrooms, one with master bed, second with two single beds. There is a kitchen with a launge with two sofas where you can also sleep. There is a cooker, oven, fridge, electric kettle... all you need if you want to cook. All the rooms and the kitchen/launge have air conditioning! The bathroom is equipped with a shower. There is also a washing machine (old but fully working, I used it) which is great if you travel with kids or plan a longer stay. There is a nice, spacious porch at the back of the house with sofa, armchairs and table. The hosts are lovely, friendly people who cook very well. They use local ingredients, I believe most of the vegetables were from their garden. You can order breakfasts and dinners at an extra cost. Area is beautiful and the place is located close to Permet, thermal water and the Langarica Canyon. Summarizing, the price is very low for what you get. I very much recommend!

When are you asking how to get to a place and owner coming to pick you up, this is a place i will surley recomand. A few minutes drive from nice city , above the river, in a big, comfirtable room, very clean. Surrounded with nice place to sit and relax, big garden. Very good envoroment, and above all perfect staff. Very helpfull, very professional, taking care of all your needs. Food is fresh and fantastic.breakfast and dinner. Also got a discount for taking a rafting trip.was perfect!

Staying here was one of our highlights in Albania. The hosts are very welcoming, warm and attentive despite the language barrier - the grandma with the most beautiful smile made us feel like part of the family. The house is in an absolutely idyllic and peaceful area, and has very comfortable, clean rooms with comfortable beds and with ensuite bathrooms. There is a shared common area in front of the room (that might be used by other guests). The food is fresh and from the garden. Currently it is a little bit difficult to find. You can park at the Google map location but then you need to walk a little path on the left, just a few meters up to the house with a new wooden gate (on your left). All in all - we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

After some change of plans we booked this rather last minute just the night before arrival. It turned out to be a perfect decision. The family room which is really two bedrooms was perfect for our family of four. The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed having an afternoon coffee or breakfast on the terrace or in the garden. The surroundings are beautiful and views of the mountains spectacular. We really liked the little village with two restaurants within walking distance and a bridge over the Vjosa where you can take nice pictures. Conveniently, this is also a perfect location if you want to visit the thernal baths which is good as it can make sense to arrive there in the morning to avoid crowds. On top of all the host family was incredibly friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to book this.

Very friendly people, real Albanian farmers, they showed us around, cooked a traditional Albanian breakfast with home-made jam etc, it was cool and cozy. The aircon was efficient. The bathroom was small, but clean. It was also very quiet, so your sleep will be just great. The last part of the road to the farm, some 300 metres, is unpaved, but we managed to get there no problem with a compact car, so this is no issue. It may be a bit tricky to locate the farm on Google maps, bit of you compare the map at Booking.com with Google maps, you can manage it. Really great experience, recommended.
