We had a beautiful stay at Livadhi. The employees organised our return transfer by bus and boat from Shkodër and everything ran smoothly. The Guesthouse is cosy and charming with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and great a/c. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the river/ balcony for our second night & were so grateful! Breakfast was generous and came with vegetables, petulla, honey, chorizo, egg and espresso coffee. Breakfast is served on an outdoor patio with a stunning river view. There are sun beds directly across from the Guesthouse plus a great pizza restaurant. The employees were a testament to great Albanian hospitality & did everything they could to improve our stay. They made it such a memorable & relaxing trip - couldn’t recommend this place more!

Really relaxing stay just what we wanted. Great peaceful view from the room balcony and noise free windows. Staff were friendly and not annoyingly helpful. You can rent kayaks, swim (in life jackets which seems odd in the beginning but feels good in the water). We liked timing of ferries and arrangements of transfer from/to Tirana. Various options for lunch and dinner.

Amazing guesthouse in paradise. The room was new and very clean. It is not hot inside during the day and at night because the guesthouse is in the shadow of the trees but still have amazing view to the river. The staff is very attentive. They have varied breakfast. Also you can take in this place kayak. Thanks for everything and good luck.

Amazing experience! Vila Gio is runned by Georgios and Gru and they make you feel very at home. The room is clean and the beds are very confortable. The breakfast is what you need to start the day. The location is just breath taking - We will be coming back!

We had a wonderful 4-day stay in the wooden house. The little garden by the house was lovely, offering the option to sunbathe or simply sit and relax while enjoying the incredible view. There is also a great restaurant where you can enjoy a meal — the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. Breakfast, however, was a bit repetitive; it would be nice to have at least a little more variety. Special thanks to the young curly-haired guy who served us so well — his excellent service and warm smile made our stay even more pleasant. There are a few things that could be improved: the cleaning in the cottage (we found some trash under the bed), and it would be nice if fresh towels were provided at least every other day. In the room, there was a TV, but unfortunately, the remote control was from a completely different model. The air conditioner also only worked after trying several times because of a faulty remote. In addition, the water in the shower drained very slowly. On our last evening, the staff surprised us by saying that the entire dinner was on the house — an incredibly unexpected and delightful gesture! Thank you guys! ♥️ Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and I highly recommend this place to everyone! We will come again next time we visit Albania 👍
