Livadhi is a nice guesthouse in the middle of the “beach”, it has a nice family vibe to it (but we saw all Linda of travellers there). The rooms are really good and clean, with comfortable beds, and were ready when our boat arrived. The guesthouse went above and beyond to organise the trip for our family, including a car pick up from our hotel outside of shkoder, right to the bus and the boat, and back the same way. Thank you so much for this!! At the guesthouse, maurizio took very good care of our family and also made sure we got safely on the boat back (important, since they don’t leave very frequently). It’s touristy at shala river, true. But it’s also a breathtakingly beautiful setting with pristine clear and very cold mountain water. If it weren’t this organised, we wouldn’t have been able to come with our three kids.

Beautiful location and really helpful and friendly staff. They helped us enjoy our 2 night stay despite the rain. Eda also helped us retrieve our bags we left on a bus. Very thankful and an awesome experience overall!

Everything was amazing here. Staff were friendly, it was clean, beds were comfy. You get 1hr free kayak after 6pm AND free sun beds after tourists leave. They can also help organise your boat from Komani if needed. Couldn’t recommend more!

A beautiful property that is so serene, at a prime location, with stunning views of Koman Lake and the mountains surrounding it. The hotel is new, modern, spacious and clean with facilities necessary. The restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious. The staff is great - they made us feel home and welcomed with their kindness. Can’t wait to go again with my family next time around.

The guesthouse has only 2 years that is opened it is absolutely brand new. The room was perfect with river view, exceptionally clean and the sheet were smelling so good! The place itself is incredibile and the way to reach it is simply beautiful and part of the journey. The family running the place has a strong personal history The place is a must-see of Albania, we learnt that the North-Tournism is kind of hidden in the country in favour of the South Coast to be 'preserved'. We invite everybody to come and visit this little gem instead which has more than wilderness to offer, you will find a great atmosphere and great people. Among all the other guesthouses of the place we love this one above all! Great breakfast, it has a bar and a restaurant with delicious food.

I loved this property. The inside was really nice and clean and it had a really nice smell as well. The views were really nice and the property was really well maintained. The staff was lovely and very informative about everything you want to ask them. The prepared our breakfast ahead of time because we had to leave early so I big thank you to them.The food was nice as well .

Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, great food and just overall a very lovely place, located right by the calm river bed. Great for a refreshing swim in the warm hours. After being in Albania for two weeks, it was also nice to be in a place, were the music was low and fitted the ambience. We would definitely come back and most definitely would recommend this beautiful place!

It's a good and calm space to relax! one tip: just ask the staffmembers anything, they are really helpfull but in the beginning we where bit lost on how everything worked. It's wonderfull how they cook for you at their own property. It was really beautifull to be at this calm and relaxing space when you are used to the city.
