Stunning views, huge and delicious breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff, lovely environment with lots of fruit trees, clean and spacious room with nice balcony, great restaurant that we ate in every night, very well-positioned to access many incredible beaches, unbelievably good value. We had a wonderful stay at Ferdinand Residence! The room was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. All the furniture and amenities were brand new, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was good, fresh, and varied. Delicious coffee included with breakfast (it's normal to pay for coffee from the bar if you want to), and warm pastries really made the mornings feel special. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet at night.

It was perfect. The location was perfect because 2 minutes away from Himarë by foot, so all restaurants and bars very accessible but quiet because a little apart. Right on the sea, amazing. With a gorgeous view of the village, mountains and sea. The room is tastefully furnished, quite big, with all facilities (mini fridge, coffee machine and boiler, TV). The bathroom is really nice with amazing bathtub; for end November/beg December, just perfect. Artemis, the host is a lovely host, very kind and available.

The hosts are amazing people. Very polite and helpful with everything you might need. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. On top of that the location is top notch, you can easily access a lot of nice restaurants and the main square is 5-minute walking distance.
