We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owner was not only thoughtful and attentive, but also very warm and approachable on a personal level, which made our stay even more pleasant. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a stunning view. We would gladly stay here again!

Location Abis hotel is perfectly located a bit north on Lungomare. It is where the beach gets nicer (beach and water) and the atmosphere more calm. It is only a 20 minutes walk from city center and along the way there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. There is also a bus stop just outside. Hotel It is newly built (2024 July) and the rooms are really great. We stayed in a family room on the 7th floor with a large terrace with a view of the mountains. They also have rooms with sea view depending on when you want to have the hot sun at your terrace. Everything is modern and of high quality. Our room had two large bathrooms with showers. The beds were very comfortable. Across the street the hotel has a private section of the beach where they have sunbeds that is included in the price which is really good. Just to walk down to the beach when you have had your breakfast. Food & Beverage The breakfast had many choices. Scrambled egg, sausages, grilled vegetables. Different types of fruits, yoghurt, smoothies, juices and several desserts. We had lunch there a couple of times and I can recommend the fish dishes, the risottos and the exotic sallad. The coffee was also good. They know how to make a double macchiato :) The staff were friendly and attentive at all times. The spa We didn’t try the spa since it was very hot weather during our stay. We did try the massage and it was a nice experience. All in all we had a great time in Vlora and Abis. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this place if you’re planning to go to Vlora.

The rooms were very clean, the employees were friendly and helped in everything. Even though we arrived at the hotel before check-in time, our room was ready. The receptionists were very sweet. The room service was friendly. When I woke up in the morning, the sea view from the balcony was magnificent. The breakfast was sufficient and satisfying. My favorite thing is that your first coffee in the morning is free for you. I loved it. It was great to sip a spritz in the cafe-bar accompanied by the sea view and the waves. Great location to watch and enjoy the sunset. Located very close to the beaches. Taxi and bus stops are located almost in front of the hotel. There is a market very close by. It was a great holiday for us. I will definitely come again. Thank you for your hospitality.💙
