Great place, as always! We've been there for 20 days and every of them was peaceful and quiet. The owner, as always, is very respectful and charming. The mistress, as always, is quite positive and helpful. The view and the local cats are great too! Great place, as always. Good job, Gevorg & Aiqush! We'll totally visit this place once more!

This is was the best time spent in Yerevan! It was my birthday and host made it a special day. They also have a wove shop downstairs, so they made a tour! I enjoyed the stay , the biggest room I ever stayed in!

This is a great little gem in an excellent area of Yerevan. I booked it on a whim and will definitely be staying here again. The staff was very helpful with all of our needs, like laundry and finding us taxis. This hotel is wonderful.

Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The location couldn’t be better - it's just a 10-minute walk from Republic Square and the Cascade Complex, right in the heart of Yerevan. Plenty of shops and restaurants are 1-2 minutes away, making everything super convenient. Although the rooms are not big, they’re incredibly well thought out. They include everything you might need - from essential amenities and bath products to those tiny, useful items you don’t usually think about but end up needing. The staff put a lot of care into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The room itself was clean, cozy, and nicely arranged. We were even welcomed with some sweet treats and free bottles of water, which was such a kind gesture. But what made the stay special were the people. The staff were fantastic - always ready to help, whether it was giving directions, helping us arrange transport, or just being there whenever we needed something. Even after check-out, they let us store our luggage (and our friends' luggage too) in their luggage room since we had a very late flight. If you're visiting Yerevan, this hotel is a perfect choice. If we come back to Armenia, we won’t think twice about staying here again.

I stayed at the hotel for one night between flights because...

I stayed at the hotel for one night between flights because it was close to the airport. I checked in at 2:30 a.m., and at my request, the hotel sent a taxi to the airport. I was met, driven to the hotel, and immediately connected to the internet, offering coffee or tea. The room was cozy, had everything I needed, was very clean, and had air conditioning. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I recommend it.
