Hotel is really good. Staff helpful and friendly. Room small, but comfy. Also there is pool in the hotel (different building) and it is free of charge for hotel visitors. If you want to visit it, no need to take anything from room (only your sweem suite) as you will get all at the pool reception. Breakfast good and delicious. Free parking.

Exceeded our expectations: luxurious hotel for a very reasonable price. There is a ski trail directly from the hotel to ropelines, but it is only for experienced people (the trail is actually of black, not blue type). We really enjoyed swimming pool, saunas and live music in the evenings. The only minor drawback is that the meat and the fish we ordered in the restaurant were overcooked.

Had the opportunity to visit the small town and experience snow for the first time. So culturally rich and a lot of history and the local food is amazing. Went skiing and would highly recommend spending a week or weekend here. Easy to get around, people are super friendly and helpful and it felt magical!

The city of Tsaghkadzor is one of my favorites, where the air shines with its purity, and the locals are very hospitable and friendly people. Here you can do active sports, visit the "Kecharis" monastery and various chapels, meet the sunrise in the mountains, in the forest and get good impressions. Well, the ropeway is one of the best in the world with its views and affordable prices.

Tsaghkadzor is one of my favorite places.

Tsaghkadzor is one of my favorite places. People here are very hospitable, hotels are mostly affordable, although there are also more expensive places depending on preferences. In Tsaghkadzor, the air is clean, taxis are available, there are small shops, cafes and other places of entertainment almost at every step. The city of Hrazdan is also very close, there are many bigger shops and supermarkets there if you need to do more shopping. Sports enthusiasts and those who prefer active rest can find what they are looking for here.

Peaceful village in the mountains of Armenia.

Peaceful village in the mountains of Armenia. It’s easier to get around by car. Delightful sightseeing and delicious food. But it’s rather small, so don’t expect modern variety, it’s more of a cultural and nature lover’s experience. There’s an ancient monastery/church complex to visit, a street with cozy restaurants and cafes. Visited it for family trips three times this year and will definitely come back again. If you’re not an outside person who enjoys hiking and skiing, I recommend going for a better hotel even if it seems more pricey, because in a small village it’s nice to have good quality services and a variety of options - pool, spa, movies, billiards, playroom for the kids, etc.

The city is absolutely inconvenient for living: the terrain has a 9% gradient, there is constant construction, roads are blocked or broken, and there are no public spaces. It's fine to stay here if you leave in the morning to spend time elsewhere and come back just to sleep.

Tsaghadzor was so beautiful!

Tsaghadzor was so beautiful! I visited in March, the skiing was really great and very affordable. The Monastery is incredible and the street with the restaurants has such a wonderful ambience in winter, the food was delicious and general atmosphere around the town was amazing!

The hotel was nice, with a great atmosphere, and we had a wonderful time. However, the language barrier caused some delays in service. I encountered a few issues in my room, which took a couple of days to be resolved, likely due to communication challenges. Overall, a pleasant stay despite this inconvenience.

This establishment has maintained a very fascinating soviet-time interior and atmosphere. Lovely! The breakfast was nice. The staff very friendly. The place is like a living time machine. The room was comfortable and had a lot of space. Good location for skiing at Tsaghkadzor.

The best hotel for me in terms of location surrounded with forest. I prefer going there although it needs investment to improve the accomodations and the swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and supportive. I adore the silence and peace I feel in Alva.

Great location, just few min walk from the ski lift. Lovely design of the houses and friendly staff. Resort has a bit of a mountain with nice views and has a mountain stream going through, making it even closer to the nature. Resort also has all weather pool.
