We arrived to the hotel in the night right after Argentina won the FIFA championship. We were exhausted after long flight and this hotel gave us the best experience. The personal was really kind and helpful, the room was perfect and the bed was super awesome (especially after long flight). The personal also gave us information where to change money in a very effective way. Location is also great — lot of shops, near the central square, in 400m one of the best steak houses ever.

We travel a lot and this hotel has impressed us so very much ! The location is perfect for sightseeing Buenos Aires, the service has been second to none ! The attention to care for each client has been exceptional, always smiling and happy to provide whatever they can to make your stay memorable ! The breakfast is delicious. After a long overnight flight, it was nice to be able to check in before noon. The check in was most efficient. I would highly recommend purchasing the executive option that allows access to the executive lounge where the evening appetizers were more than enough to count as an evening meal. Check out was more than efficient. A hotel pre-booked limousine transfer to the cruise port was excellent.
