We had a wonderful stay at this traditional location in Carinthia. The room was lovely, breakfast in the garden was delightful, and evenings on the terrace were truly relaxing. The food was excellent, and we especially enjoyed Lake Feld am See and the nearby private beach. It’s a perfect place to feel peaceful and safe. A special thanks to Youssef, who was absolutely impeccable throughout our stay!

Very nice hotel in a quiet area with a great view from the balcony, you can also see from here the alpine coaster and cable car, which are located at 2 minutes walking. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the good and varied breakfast and the staff from the reception were friendly and helpful.

Everything was clean and as on the pictures. Ambient is warm and comfortable. Hosts are extremely nice and pleasant. I have celiac disease and they were adaptable by serving me gluten free bread at breakfast and also gluten free dinner. Dinner was exceptional. Spa area is beautiful and peaceful with refreshing drinks. Location is perfect, it's a walking distance from Kaiserburgbahn. The property also have storage for ski equipment. The only thing we were sad about was not seeing the owner (the dog :) ).

A family hotel, as hotels were before. Local people work, who care about the guest's needs.Clean, everything works as it should. They have 3 nice saunas and one IR sauna. Which is more than expected. The pool is large and clean. The location is quite good when it comes to skiing in Bad. You only need 12 minutes of driving. Room is big enough for 2 adult and two kids. Will come again.

The host was very welcoming, transparent and we appreciated all the good recommendations provided. Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).

The house itself has everything to feel like at home and...

The house itself has everything to feel like at home and even better. The kitchen is fully equipped ( even with a gadget fridge ), has a nice firework place to relax, the view is over the forest and you can re-connect with the nature. It has even a spa and a relaxation room.

The heart of Carinthia region, plenty of attractions worth to see, the Gerlitzer mountain, the lakes, the castles, the nature, the activities such as paragliding, etc. One needs to bring own food with him, closest restaurant is at about 10 minutes drive distance.

A small village in the heart of Carinthia, it offers access to numerous trails for excellent hikes, ranging from moderate to demanding. One in particular offers a very pleasant loop around the Arriach farms. A small, well-stocked supermarket is also available.

The new owners are fantastic, friendly, and our stay was...

The new owners are fantastic, friendly, and our stay was wonderful. We will definitely come back and use the hotel as a base for a motorcycle holiday. Unfortunately, there are some bad reviews, but those date back to the time of the previous owner.
