It’s a self service check in units. I love how they decorate this hotel. All facilities are functional. They provide laundry room with full equipment. I wash my clothes & dry here too. FOC. Detergent is provided too. Dining hall also available on the ground floor. I love it here 🥰

The location is perfect if you want to visit towns around Salzburg, or cross to Germany. The room was big enough for two persons and comfy. The view to the mountain is very nice and there’s a nice river nearby where you can take a walk. The restaurant is located across the street with good breakfast and delicious dinners.

We stayed there for 3 nights - my mother, me and my daughter (9). We enjoyed the hotel a lot, the location is absolutely perfect as a starting point for the trips (bus stop to Salzburg at the corner, cable car to Untersberg 50m from the reception, not far by car to Berchtesgarden, Königssee and other trip places). Lots of parking places for free. The breakfast was delicious and rich, every evening we had perfect dinner in hotel restaurant. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful, the communication prior trip fast. The room was clean, well equipped and big enough. In hotel there is a relaxation zona (sauna), which we haven't used.
