We love our stay there. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Location is perfectly located, 30 mins drive from the glaciar, 20 mins drive for Serfaus or Italy. If you travel with public transport, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, which also provided you with a free bus card. There are many hiking and biking paths starting in Prutz, some rental bikes are available as well. The valley is simply beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable, going into the pool after hiking or biking is amazing. The place is very clean. Dinner was delicious, we stayed for 8 nights and everyday were different options for the dinner, dinner was also carefully presented. The bar also offers many options and our barman was very friendly as well.

The breakfast was very good, maybe i would preffer a little more variety (toast, or wursts) but the orange juice was perfect and the fruits also! The location of the hotel was perfect too because it was close to the slope, to the supermarket or to the centre. We liked the shuttle bus too. People who worked there were very polite.

The hotel was very nice, room was great with a view on the ski slopes, the pool was great for the kids but the biggest plus was being able to ski from and to the hotel. With small kids this was just amazing.

Extremely kind and helpful people at the reception desk. A lovely room, ideal for a couple traveling with a dog. An excellent indoor pool and spa facility. Very good breakfast with kind staff. The location was perfect for hiking in the beautiful mountains surrounding the villages of Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis.

In front of the hotel is a swimming lake surrounded by a garden with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, where you can relax after a hike in the mountains. It is a very nice and cozy place. There is a very nice gym, several pools and a mini lake, several saunas. There is a garden where you can relax and calm down after sauna or pool. Also the breakfast was good and we could come for lunch and dinner and it was haute cuisine. If I come next time to the area, I will only stay here.

    The apart hotel feels almost like new, very nice details inside out, nice design, clean, huge apartment, comfortable with everything you need. Very modern design, huge windows, very cool accommodation. A good new smart tv that sometimes you don't find even in top hotels:) St.Moritz is very close for a day trip, and in every direction you find special places, the property admin is very nice and helpful, you just need time for activities and places to visit:D

    The central location, the beautiful building, the friendly welcome by the staff and lastly the food was excellent. The location was peaceful at night time. We will definitely stay there again. Plenty of parking on the front and the back of the hotel too.
