Very nice and friendly staff, very flexible and helpful when we needed to solve our late check-in due to a few hours delay. Available late in the late evening hours to help solve a problem we faced. At all times available and helpful. The place as described, nicely furnished, very clean. Very good breakfast. Overall a great experience and I can definitely recommend it.

I had a very pleasant stay at this guesthouse. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. What stood out the most, however, were the breakfasts – the quality of the ingredients was excellent. You can order any kind of egg dish you like, and they serve real coffee, just like in a good café. Highly recommended!

Riegersburg is a fantastic, well-preserved, and very interesting castle! A great exhibition of preserved weapons... We had dinner at the Seehaus restaurant; the food was excellent, and the terrace offered a lovely sunset view – highly recommended! Zorter Chocolate is a wonderful Austrian chocolate maker; the presentation and tasting were superb, and the chocolate is amazing – a must-visit!

Riegersburg is a great place to escape the stresses of everyday life: hiking, cycling, and more. A visit to Riegersburg Castle and the Zotter Chocolate Factory is well worth it. Traditional wine taverns offer delicious local specialties.

We spent about 5 hours at Riegersburg Castle (longer if the weather had been better). We also visited the birds of prey center. I would definitely combine that with a visit to the castle. Both children and parents had an interesting and enjoyable day.

A wealth of experiences packed into one place – culinary delights of all levels, highly recommended – (in summer) take advantage of the "Genusscard"! A surprisingly large number of interesting producers offer discounted or even free tours and tastings – the castle hill can also be reached by lift – cyclists should be in reasonably good shape...

The owner was amazing, flexible, cooperative. This was an amazing accommodation in Austria with a pool and nice view to the Riegersburg Castle. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped. I prefer espresso over filter coffee. That is the only neutral comment I may share. This accommodation is on my list to get again. Thank you Mr. Raidl.
