The most precious place I have ever stayed! The room war clean and spacious with a vintage vibe. The staff and the owners were lovely people with kindness and hospitality. Breakfast…..oh my lord! Such abundance of fresh and traditional foods. The quality was amazing, the breakfast area very beautiful and clean, when we sat on our table they even brought us our coffee. There was also dinner included but we had eaten before we arrived (big mistake haha). There is a parking of course, closed or open like a yard. One thing I LOVED about this place is that there were everywhere little hearts as a theme, you can ask the owner(lady) why. We were there on a moto tour and Lucas gave us a lot of valuable information about things to do there and saved us from going the wrong way to the Grossglockner pass. Thank you Lucas and your mother in law you were lovely. Hope to see you again someday!

This was a beautiful place to stay, we picked it last minute as an overnight stop, the look of the hotel was amazing, there was parking out the front, but the hotel parking was to the back of the property. From the car to the hotel there was a garden, this had been landscaped beautifully, I took many photos to give me some ideas for my garden. The reception was just off the garden and you could find someone to help you in the bar at the front, very friendly staff, really helpful, quick to check in and get to the room, we unpacked and went downstairs to the bar, for a coffee, we sat there for a couple of hours till we were ready to eat, the food was amazing we were stuffed by the end. The room was comfortable when we got back to it but a few hours later we both woke up really hot, the only way to cool the room was to open the door to the balcony, this meant we could hear the road noise, though not much, then the church bells at 6am this was pleasant, the shower was really good, had a good water pressure, the breakfast was a buffet with coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice brought to the table, we were also given the option of cooked eggs. Check out was good with everyone being so nice, I would definitely stay there again if travelling this way to Italy.

We like everything of this hotel, especially the dinner and breakfast are both amazing, can’t find anywhere else have the same quality for the breakfast itself, not to the mention the dinner is world-class. Also the secret garden is a surprise and we will miss our stay at this hotel.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were some overnight roadworks right outside my window at the same time as my stay. Not only did the hotel move my room, but they also packed up my stuff and moved it for me while I was out for the day. Super helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

There's one restaurant in town but the owner is very helpful...

There's one restaurant in town but the owner is very helpful and it's right across the street. There are many grocery stores in the local towns down below so we brought food to the Gasthof for dinner. The town is great for riding and hiking.

Location is fantastic, with the view of the Alps from 2 bedrooms and kitchen. Sankt Koloman is a beautiful place. 4 bedrooms, 2 WC and 1 separate shower cubicle. 2 mins walk from the bus station. Barbeque. Enough pots, pans, plates and cutlery for cooking for 8 persons. Spacious rooms with enough storage space, sofa, table and washbasin. Lots of hiking trails nearby. Small dining table in the balcony with the view of Alps.
