The hotel, its location and services including food was just brilliant! Cozy and comfortable rooms, very comfortable beds, all hotel furnished with style and taste, staff (the receptionist, the waiters...) all very nice and helpful. The views from the restaurant or room windows are just breathtaking, so all felt just top for us. The indoor pool was a cherry on the cake. I will definitely come back for longer. I cannot speak much to the activities around as my family only stayed for one night on our journey from Tuscany and only had one dinner and breakfast, and continued on our way home. But as far as the accommodation, staff/service and restaurant are concerned - that was all PERFECT. The countryside is amazing all around (the journey up the mountain to the hotel is a wonderful experience itself), so I can imagine this can be a great spot for a family holiday. Just go and try it :)

The hotel was great. Lovely large rooms. Good breakfast and 5 course evening meal. Ski hire on site made it very convenient. Great location 50m from lift. Staff were all very friendly. Nina, at reception, was fantastic before and during our stay!

After a long drive from Prague on the way to Italy, we decided to stop in Wattens for some rest. We arrived quite late, but the self-check-in machine outside was efficient and made the process smooth for us. When we made it there, the parking was available right in front of the hotel for free. If not, there are other parking spaces around the area as well which makes things even more easier! The vending machines inside & nearby were a nice touch, offering snacks, water, and other essentials. Our room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. The medium-sized bathroom was also clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before continuing our long drive back to Italy. The receptionist at checkout was fantastic and even offered us museum tickets - but sadly, we didn't have time.

Weerberg is a small village on the Austrian Countryside. The people there are incredibly polite and give a hand wherever it is needed. There is a Supermarket in the village and some restaurants too, so everything needed is available. What you need to be flexible is a car or some kind of bike or motorbike, otherwise it is a bit complicated to get things of need. We were there with our 2 year old son and he enjoyed playing outside and visiting the small ditch.

Weerberg is beautifully situated on a plateau with views of the Inn Valley. It's suitable for hikers and bikers. A bus runs regularly. Those wishing to take excursions to the surrounding villages or towns will usually need their own transportation. The church in Weerberg is very beautiful.

We only drove through Weerberg on our way to our destinations, so I can't really say much about it. Lake Achensee was very beautiful, with stunning scenery and clear water. The lake is definitely worth a visit.

Weerberg is a small village in Tyrol.

Weerberg is a small village in Tyrol. It's certainly a bit inconvenient to vacation here without a car, but it's a perfect starting point for hikes or excursions. The local shop offers regional products, all of which were consistently delicious and highly recommended. The villagers were all very friendly.

There are plenty of hiking opportunities starting from the village. The village itself is nothing special (there's a bakery and a supermarket, nothing more), but you can quickly reach Schwaz or Innsbruck by car. Those who come here come for the peace and quiet.

The hotel is small, family-run, situated in the hills above Schwaz, near Achensee. A great starting point for hiking and cycling tours. As a family of 5 we had 2 rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean, each with a terrace. The garage has a shared fridge and space for bikes. Breakfast was great.

The views from the hotel are great and the family that runs it is very friendly. breakfast was good and in the evening you can use the cosy room to relaxt, play a board game (that are available)etc. After a day on the slopes (fugen is c. 25 min by car) the good warm showers where nice too.
