A piece of heaven - we had a truly wonderful stay. A lovely welcome, the room was great with its fantastic mountain views. Sitting on that balcony we totally chilled looking at the wonderful vista. We dined in on both evenings - the menu covered local and international fare and was great value. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We chose the location because the hotel was dog friendly. It is in a really small typical Alpine village. We made use of the Tourist Travel card given to us at check-in. The card was free and provided local discounts.

The hosts were very professional, polite and helpful. The house is in a small hamlet but not far from the main village. it is few meters from wonderful bike trail that goes by the river throughout the valley. The rooms are modern and well equipped. Views from balcony are amazing.

The service/staff was amazing. Super natural.. they make you feel at home but still excellent service. A place that we are definitely are going to visit again! Because of a special occasion I asked for a special table; they made up a table with candles, roses, decoration.. so nice.     Very excellent and helpful staff. Nice location. Near to Tannheim village. Great Breakfast. This hotel has one common area which was very helpful, since it has lots of facilities eg. Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washbasin, TV,etc. which was very helpful. WiFi connection is also good. Kids chair available in breakfast room.

    * hotel offered free discount cards for cable car & other attractions in the valley * we traveled with 3 children & asked about laundry service. They did 3 bags of laundry for FREE. * Tina, Bernard and the other wait staff were very personable, helpful and friendly.

    Big parking in front and under the hotel. Very peaceful. Good breakfast. From this location we visited Neuschwanstein Castle (40min. by car) and have a pleasant hiking near Gran cable station (7min by car.)
