Cape Tribulation is an amazing, beautiful place.

Cape Tribulation is an amazing, beautiful place. You can walk along the long, beautiful beach with the ocean on one side and tropical rainforest on the other. When you walk back into the rainforest you are on a boardwalk which takes you through huge mangroves then through the tropical rainforest with a stunning variety of rainforest trees and other plants. You see lots of butterflies as well as birds, goannas and fruit bats. It is a place that fills you with awe.

Wonderful area with lots of natural attractions.

Wonderful area with lots of natural attractions. Highly recommended for nature lovers, hikers and anyone who wants to get away from it all. Getting away from it all includes not a whole lot of phone reception, so take a printed map. Limited groceries available so if you are self catering best to shop beforehand in Cairns or Mossman.

A beautiful, airy, spacious home that was meticulously cleaned. The cottage was set in a gorgeous garden where giant, blue Ulysses butterflies fluttered, where cassowaries visited. The kitchen allowed for easy meal preparation. The hosts were friendly and provided good tourist information. The cottage has a glimpse of the sea, in between 2 smaller cottages that are between the road and the larger cottage we enjoyed. Thornton beach is beautiful, with firm white sand which for great walking (no swimming advised because of crocodiles). A vehicle is strongly recommended in Daintree.

The road in has been heavily impacted by weather events so a slow trip in and out. One lane in places. We were greeted by a beautiful Ulysses butterfly on arrival and a cassowary chick and its dad the next morning. Very special.

Cape Tribulation and the Daintree Rainforest is one of the most beatiful things I have ever seen. As soon as you cross the river you enter in a different world. The rainforest is so dense that you feel you are in the jungle. And then the beach is really stunning. Just a shame about the salties. If all of this is not enough, the reef there is just amazing. I wish I could spend a year around there

Many restaurants to choose from to eat. Horse riding was fantastic through the rainforest and onto Myall Beach. Beautiful scenery, clean air you can choose to do as much as you like or as little. Just a beautiful quiet part of the world.

Cape Trib Beach house was a pleasant stop on our journey down the Bloomfield track. The Cabin was spectacular, close to beach , Bar and Pool. What else do you need. What stands out about this resort was they have everything you need. There is not a lot close by, nothing in walking distance. No Need. We didn't drive when we were here. The Beach was fantastic place to relax. Staff was great from Chef to grounds keeper. The office help us arrange a guided night hike. Very Cool.

We stayed in the cabins with an outdoor bathroom. Imagine having a hot bath in the rain! Unforgettable experience. We were lucky because it rained all night and most of the 2 days we were there - best time to see the rain forest! There were private walks through the rain forest on the property. We were lucky enough to see 2 cassowaries walking past our cabins, and there were Ulysses butterflies in the gardens. Easy drive to Cape Tribulation.

The Cafe food/menu was 10/10 but was only open until 3pm each day so limited hours. Great location and super close to a few nearby attractions, very handy to use as a base to get around cape tribulation. Nice pool area, shared kitchen etc and contentment :)

This property was stunning and unique. We loved relaxing on the deck in the hammock and listening to the birds. Fresh milk and coffee were supplied which was such a nice bonus. Wonderful base to explore cape tribulation from.

Great staff, very approachable and very friendly. They were responding and organising for us trips without any hesitation. There were not many people, and the place was quiet. The hotel was very close to the centre.
