We stayed in the Victorian Suite. The room was large and the king sized bed was comfortable. The room was equipped with a mini bar fridge, microwave, toaster and a kettle. Breakfast was supplied for in room self preparation - toast, cereal, coffee, tea, juice and a local spring water which was a nice touch. Location is great being metres away from the main strip in Olinda.

Very comfy environment and nice location, just 15 mins drive to Brighton beach and puffing railway, 30mins drive to Moonlit Sanctuary Park. We had the room service for dinner which was very nice too. Definitely will recommend others to stay at this hotel who plan to SE suburb of Melbourne.

The carpark is huge and quite empty..so parking is a breeze. The carpark also hosts a red rooster, shell petrol station and a dan Murphy's bottle shop warehouse. Rooms were modern, clean and had easy access. The hotel gave us 2 free drinks at the bar. We didn't have time to use the bistro but had a coffee and free snacks at the pokies venue. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Only stayed one night as it was close to the Puffing Billy...

Only stayed one night as it was close to the Puffing Billy we were going on the next day. Reception was friendly, room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfy... A short walk away was the hotel with a great buffet.. Would definitely stay there again if we were in that part of Victoria..

Ferntree Gully is the nearest large centre with shopping as...

Ferntree Gully is the nearest large centre with shopping as you are heading up to Upwey, Kalista, Olinda and Sassafras. On the highway, it has the 3 big shopping centres, lots of different shops and a great bakery called the Quarry which does quality sourdough and pastries. We use it as a base to visit family in the area when we aren't up for spending $$$ on bnb's in the Dandenongs.

Great apartment.

Great apartment. All amenities supplied including washer and dryer We stayed there as we were visiting family. Couldn't have picked anything nicer. Shops within walking distance and also takeaways. 2 good size bedrooms and had a foldaway bed in extra too. Would def stay there again if visiting

Fern Tree Gully leads to the Dandenong Ranges. A great tourist destination with outstanding scenery, small little villages to visit and loads of cafes and restaurants. Lots to see and do over a few days stay.

Every time we have travelled to Melbourne we have perfected...

Every time we have travelled to Melbourne we have perfected to stay in Ferntree Gully but first time at Life Style Appartments which we now will book when we return to Melbourne, excellent accommodation with self service and able to cook own meals, with washing machine and dryer provided. Was able to book additional night, manager’s were excellent in managing to fit us in, excellent service, highly recommend.

Great place to stay if you are intending to visit attractions in the area (such as Puffing Billy) or go sight seeing; good supermarkets in the area for your supplies and great restaurants and takeaway stores; public transport is reliable too.

The place was awesome. Feels like we were in a 5-star hotel. The lovely team of Lifestyle Apartments at Ferntree made our first trip in Melb wonderful especially when we travelled with a toddler. They are very accommodating and friendly. The location is also perfect, there are various shops in the area and ample parking spaces. Thank you!

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Motel lovely and loved being able to do my laundry. Room was good size and clean. Loved having hotel next to it where we could go and enjoy a meal.
