The service at check-in was excellent. Our room was on the 14th floor and faced East Perth and had a great view of the Swan River. The room was very spacious. It a large bathroom with a sensor light coming from the walk-in robe when you walked into the bathroom - a good touch. The supply of an iron and ironing board was useful. The fridge and coffee station was handy. There was also a large desk area. Really well appointed.

Very clean, modern hotel with nice street art prints. The location is convenient within the CBD. The bedding is very comfortable. The room has a great selection of tea and coffee pods, with milk in the mini fridge. Nice, quality shampoo, conditioner, and bath products. Easy to order Uber Eats delivery if you arrive late or don’t feel like going out for food and don’t want to pay room service prices.

FAQs about hotels in Perth

Serene as the Swan

Sun-drenched and laid-back, Perth is simply a joy to be in. However, the West Australian capital does have tourist attractions, such as the Colonial-era mint, important in the country’s gold industry. East is the WACA, a must-see for cricket fans, and the city is also mad for Aussie Rules football.

The city center has the historic Government House and Supreme Court, both dwarfed by the ultra-modern skyscrapers a few streets behind. The best skyline view is from leafy King’s Park, near the War Memorial overlooking the Swan River below, named after its black swans. Across the river in Perth Zoo are more native animals including koalas, crocodiles and free-hopping kangaroos.

Boats to the zoo leave from the Barrack Street jetty by a sail-shaped bell tower. Other day trips from Perth include Rottnest Island and Fremantle, down the river in the opposite direction from Perth Airport.

The apartments, B&Bs and hotels in Perth are spread all over this fantastic city, interspersed with restaurants serving specialties such as western rock lobster and chili mussels. There are also a wealth of bars, many playing the indie music that the city is known for. Local brews from Swan Brewery and wines from the Swan Valley vineyards round off the evening.

Public transport made it very easy to get around. (cheap as well). We came to see the cricket. Train took us straight to Optus Oval to watch the Test Cricket. Very impressed with the new stadium. Caught train to Fremantle. Great Market. Last day we went to the Terracotta Warrior display. Loved Perth.

The integrated transport system is amazing allowing you to get way down the coast or inland. All free on Sundays. It's a great city for wandering around or walking down the river to see some beautiful wildlife - kangaroos on the island and pelicans flying around. Some fabulous suburbs like Lederville or Cottesloe are all well connected. Car not necessary.

Excellent city for a short visit.A walk around the river and over foot bridges is good to do. Then you can expand by touring around along the coast to Fremantle and on. There are a few top class restaurants book ahead! Art gallery was excellent. Hilton roof top bar beer and a view gotta do! If there is a game on at the Optus stadium we’ll just check it out it’s a nice walk from the cbd to there. Check it out worth a visit .

Perth is a very laidback city.

Perth is a very laidback city. You will feel so relax and stress free. Weather is always good. Fremantle market, Caversham Wildlife Park, Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay, Bell Tower, South Perth, UWA at Nedlands are some of the attractions. Food was good at Monsterella Pizza for their Pizza and Pasta, their dessert was great too. The newly openned Ginza Nana Alley has great Japanese food. We dined at Ginza Midai... Their food was so fresh and delicious.

We always travel to Perth for shows & Casino.

We always travel to Perth for shows & Casino. If we have a longer stay we take a trip into the City Centre for shopping. You can take the City Sightseeing Red Bus around hop on hop off, visit Rottnest Island to see Quakes, enjoy our beautiful Kings Park. A 1 hr train trip to Mandurah is a great day to see our Estruary where Dolphins follow the tourist boats, lots of nice Eateries around the waterfront. A 30min train trip to Fremantle is great also. Fremantle has the port for Cruise Ships & lots of great restaurants

Beaches were great to take a morning or evening walk.

Beaches were great to take a morning or evening walk. Great cafes and restaurants to drop in for a coffee or meal. Great shopping centres for some retail therapy. Kings Park stunning, a great place to take a moment, breathe and take in the city views at sunset. Drivers accommodating for those of us unsure of turn offs and lane change. Perth gives you the best of city, coast and country feel all wrapped up in one. A must see hidden surrounding harborside, zoo, village cafes, wineries, specialty shops and breweries, Rottnest Island and Busselton Margaret River Region.

Perth can be extremely proud of this icon Hotel. Beyond the magic Swan river views the decor in the room was truly exceptional. The bathroom was devine and fantastically designed. The room was very spacious and comfortable. One of the best value for quality hotels we have ever encountered. A visit to the club on 6th floor is a must
