It was just what I needed after staying in hostels the previous 2 nights. The access to the room was easy from the rear carpark, just up the stairs and my room was just as you came in which was handy. The room was clean and tidy, looked recently refurbished to me. There were lots of amenities which I appreciated. The shower was great, I liked that there was heating from the AC unit and an electric blanket! There were facilities for making tea, a microwave, fridge, iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc there was free WiFi also.

This was brand new in October 24.Very good value.2 bedroom unit.perfectly clean.Great view over harbour.We looked over the port,but it finished work late afternoon and there was no noise overnight.

The hotel was in a good place,close to the highway and easy to find,also the hotel itself was very clean and very good parking,there was also plenty of good things to do in the hotel itself, and the staff were great.

Rooms are Very clean and comfortable, has a good location if you have a car. But unfortunately not disability friendly as all rooms are upstairs. No bistro so you have to source meals elsewhere. Does not match up to the description on Bookings.com. Would recommend for short stays for singles, couples

This place has a laid back atmosphere but well run.

This place has a laid back atmosphere but well run. Pets allowed is a big bonus! Far enough from town to be quiet but a short car ride to Burnie. Beach across the road. The dogs loved it. And.. The staff are nice people.

The Manager in Somerset went the extra mile for us when checking in. He was gracious & personable to a fault, even allowing us to change our initial booking and give us an upstairs room. His hospitality encouraged us to stay a second night.

Just a cheap option if you need a night stay of our 2 weeks stay in Tassie this Hotel would be down at the bottom of the list of where we stayed does great food at good prices.
