I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mortdale hotel, which has been beautifully refurbished to feel brand new. The attention to detail in the renovation is evident throughout the hotel, making it feel fresh and contemporary, while still maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The room I stayed in was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I got a great night’s sleep. It is conveniently located, within minutes walk to train station. They were able to accommodate us to store our luggage before check in. Overall, Mortdale offers a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish place to stay.

LOVED THE VIEW!!!

LOVED THE VIEW!!! Great for early morning coffee on the verandah. Very spacious house if you have a big family/friends group. Plenty of space to have a BBQ outdoors. In our opinion, we just don't think it's child friendly with all the stairs. would be great if they provided the option of baby gates.

I saw a review after I booked and was unsure but it was clean and comfortable. It seems someone was being nasty and dishonest. The place is older but very clean and comfortable. Definitely give it a go for a stop over.

I would recommend the abcot inn for a short stay , great value for money , although basic it was clean and provided every thing I needed for my stay .. wi- fi didn't work so well , overall very happy with my stay ..

This Motel is old and in need of a full renovation.

This Motel is old and in need of a full renovation. The Bathroom fit out was old and the grout appeared to be mouldy. The room was dusty. The wardrobe door was extremely stiff. we had to ask for toilet paper. We took our own food fortunately as there was no restaurant and breakfast you had to pre-order to receive a pack the night before.

It was close to Sharks at Kareela where we had a function on. The extra coffee and sugars and biscuits that were available in the office was great. The vending machine was great. The pool was massive with great entertaining area.

Miranda shopping centre was conveniently close & provided...

Miranda shopping centre was conveniently close & provided all the retail shops & eating places that we reqired. The Bird Cage was our favorite cafe, as it was open to the outdoor world of the centre. As my brother & his family were with me for the same reasons in Sydney (personal family matters), we found that our motel was conveniently located for our intended visits north & south of our accommodation.
