We had a great stay at Victor Harbor City Inn. Wonderful welcome and fabulous brownies when we arrived ! Thank you so much. Perfect location and we could park right outside. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean and tidy with lovely linen. The shower was lovely and the bed very comfy. There was even a Nespresso coffee machine what a bonus ! We would not hesitate to recommend thank you for looking after us x

I enjoyed the parkrun on Saturday morning. This was followed up by the train ride and last but definitely not least the tram ride which takes you to Granite Island which was a fantastic island to explore.

There's not much I really dislike about Victor Harbor at all...

There's not much I really dislike about Victor Harbor at all! It's a beautiful place to visit and I go there as much as I can as it is less than 2 hours drive from where I live in the western suburbs of Adelaide, SA. There are a number of unique shops to check out, and at least 3 pubs to choose from as well as a number of different styles of accommodation to stay at all at various prices so a budget to suit just about any traveller.

Were completely unaware that the horse drawn tram ended at the bottom of what we have been told is 143 steps up to view granite island, which we would have liked to have done but is impossible for the elderly such as us.Being one of the most promoted things to do, feel that better information should be provided.

Lovely location, happy vibe, unique options for trips and self guided holidays. 1 hour drive from Adelaide and close to the wine region. You can park the car and walk easily to eat and play. Highly recommend a visit.

Victor Harbor is a nice clean precinct.....good bakery.....variety of shops......Woolworths/Drakes/Aldi.....Information Office (staff very helpful)......Good to have a paper map to find your way around.......various tours to take.......Victor Harbor is a good place to use as a base camp to tour out from. Horse drawn tram, Cockle Train trip to Goolwa, Coorong cruise from Goolwa, road trips to Cape Jervis south to McLaren Vale north......roads good (a bit windy in areas).....be prepared for very windy weather.

There's so much to do.

There's so much to do. Dress for all occasions and visit the lolly shop! I enjoyed going out and staying in. Bring extra cash for the carnival rides and games. Walk across to granite island and drive up to the bluff. Still have yet to do the cockle train. Great playground and restaurants and holiday parks. The beach and collecting shells is beautiful and fun.

The location, the decor, the right size, the cleanliness, the quietness, the onsite parking, the amenities. TV viewing options and access to Netflix and the like. How close it was on foot to the main drag of Victor Harbor. The Pubs. The weather. The people were all lovely and friendly. The history of the place. The Clydsdale tram ride. Granite Island. The Dolphins.The best dining, food, wine & negroni at Nino's Restaurant EVER!!! Thank you for everything.. Loved it all!

We have stayed at the hotel on two occasions because it is so close to the main part of Victor Harbor and Granite Island. Great location, friendly staff, very clean room, huge comfy bed, big coffee mugs, free water, free onsite parking and free wifi. Lovely meals in the dining room too.

The cottage was light, bright, clean and comfortable. Perfect location for our time away in Victor Harbor. We enjoyed the quiet location and lovely views from the lounge and tree-top verandah. Beds were comfortable. The host left eggs from their farm which was lovely.
