The resort is beautiful and luxery. The staff were very friendly and polite. Most speak both English and Russian. The food is very good and affordable. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the thermal bath. The thermal bath is separated for man and women, but it's possible to book a private thermal bath. The view from the balcony and the rooftop was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here and we can definitely recommend!

The staff were very kind and attentive. As soon as we entered the room, they welcomed us with a fruit plate, and whenever we needed something, they were quick to assist. The room was clean, and if you stay on the upper floor, you can enjoy a romantic drink on the balcony at night—it was truly lovely. On the second floor, you can choose between pool or mountain views. We stayed two nights in an upper-floor pool-view room and one night on the lower floor. There’s also a swing on the lower floor, which was really fun. The pool was open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, and every morning it was perfectly clean. The depth was about 1.60 m, and since it was quite large, we had a great time swimming. Breakfast was very rich, and whenever something ran out, it was quickly replenished. On top of that, the restaurant had a beautiful view.

A very comfortable, quiet and spacious apartment, in a great location in the city centre, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We really enjoyed our visit.
