The staff of this hotel are very professional,good people,very attentive and kind!The cleanliness is good,the food is good to!I want to say to all Booking customers come to Naftalan city of the Azerbaijan Republic for treatment and relaxation!Because the treatments in this city Naftalan are as good as the treatment centers in cities like Truskaves,Karlovy Vary and others!

Naftalan city is famous because of its “Oil Spa or Nafta baths” and that was the reason of our visit! This hotel is renewed and had reasonable price. Also personal was responsive and we got nice short stay there. The location is not central; however this is not so important as all the city is not big and the centre is reachable on foot.

Amazing stay! The Naftalan bath was truly a unique and unforgettable experience. What impressed me the most was the staff – everyone went above and beyond to help us, even though we didn’t speak the same language. Their kindness and effort made us feel incredibly welcome. A top experience from start to finish! Highly recommended.

It's close to the Sun Spa Hotel. The owner arranged the oil treatment for us and a took us to a local restaurant. We enjoyed the peaches and figs from his garden. When we left, he even sent us to the bus station.

The hotel is beautiful, nice big pool, loved our room, the food was so tasty, the front desk Rustam was so helpful, professional and kind. Beautiful experience.
