The hotel is very clean and cozy, although it is huge and the staff is super friendly and helpful!! This hotel has everything you need for a great winter family holiday, and the location is phenomenal! There is a lot of stuff to do around such as ski, coasters, lifting, paintball, horse riding, and more!

I love the rooms it's so big. The view was amazing...Rashid from the restaurant was very attentive. He is the best staff in that place..the reception were fine but not so friendly. The securities and concierge were so playful to my daughter. Overall, I have experienced absolutely amazing..

The facility was prepped, the house, pool and bathroom rack - everything pre- heated based on late check in Time. There was a warm old lady to cook and an old security guard for care taking. Near by markets to get basics and cook by ourselves.
