I loved the room and all its retro details, the porcelain set for hands wash, the coffee and tea set, the retro parfum bottles. The terrace was wonderful and I regretted that I did not have enough time to enjoy it. The host was very nice, she sent us detailed instructions before check in. We choose the location because it was close to an event venue where we assisted at a wedding but it is a nice location in very nice and quiet neighborhood perfect for a visit to Bruxelles and around.

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms and impeccably clean bathrooms. The Hotel is so chic and stylish, the decor and the whole vibes is so hip and cool. We went to Brussels for my birthday and the hotel had left a birthday card in our room for me and a coupon for two complimentary drinks, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. Also we encountered a minor hiccup one night due to issues with the water pipes but the hotel's prompt response was impressive. They immediately sent a technician to resolve the problem and, as a gesture of goodwill, gifted us a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The attention is great and the rooms are so spacious, yet cosy somehow. The hotel's location is excellent, with a nearby park and the train station within easy walking distance. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to this hotel for future visits and will seek out The Hoxton in any other city I explore.
