The hosts were wonderful, everything feels very home-like. The location is beautiful and the breakfast with home-grown berries and eggs from their own chickens was lovely. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day walking.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel and restaurant/bar was spotless. Water pressure in the shower was great. We had motorbikes which could be parked in secure garages. The quality of food for dinner and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful personnel, tasty dinner at the restaurant, availability of swimming pool and wellness, nature and good air quality outside of the hotel, clean and spacious room (feels very new), close to Monschau and Luxemburg, play area outside the hotel for kids (no fence, so supervision required).

Very rare, I will write a review, but for this property would be a miss, if I do not do it I can only say , this is one of the best B&B, I have ever stayed. The property is immaculate in every aspect. The breakfast was perfect, offered for every taste. The hosts (Dirk and Irene) were fabulous. As we have arrived late, they reserved a table for us at local restaurant and even came with us to show the location.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment with everything you might need, including a spacious kitchen. I loved the private terrace, even if I was there in winter. There are routes for hiking and cycling starting in the town, the environment is great for people who love to be in nature. Very friendly host who made sure I had everything I needed and even gave me some delicious home made soup.

Excellent view of the surroundings. Close to the büttgenbach lake and lots of hikes to do in the environment. Sauna and jacuzzi were welcome after a day of walking and nice and cozy room.

Relaxing high country retreat with a very laidback approach. Herrebach is a small rural hamlet with little traffic, cycling and walking trails. Near a large national park. Restaurants are available in near by villages.

if you're looking for a nature get away weekend, this is the...

if you're looking for a nature get away weekend, this is the place. exellent location to go visit the entire eifel & hoge venen area, Ouren, Sankt Vith, Malmedy, Roberville and Butchenbach.. its all within 20-25 km drive in various directions. We chose this B&B - Herresbach - as it is an ideal point of departure for the entire Stoneman MTB track.

We didn't expect the room to be so nice for such a low price...

We didn't expect the room to be so nice for such a low price, and that we could even use the restaurant's kitchen to cook... and we did. We made delicious food for dinner. If you love nature and history, this is the perfect place for you. Herresbach is part of the Ardennes; it's older than the Himalayas.

Herresbach is a very quiet and peaceful village in the heart...

Herresbach is a very quiet and peaceful village in the heart of the East Cantons. It offers numerous hiking and cycling opportunities. It's the perfect place to unwind for a few days. It's only a two-hour drive from Antwerp, yet offers a fantastic holiday experience.

We specifically chose this location because we are nature...

We specifically chose this location because we are nature lovers. What was most important to us was that our small dog could always be with us. The fact that we didn't have a television in the room, no shops nearby, and that the roads took some getting used to, didn't bother us in the slightest.

Great B&B! Simple but perfect.

Great B&B! Simple but perfect. Dogs were welcome everywhere, great walking area. Breakfast was excellent. Superb hosts. We will definitely be back in the summer to fully enjoy the pool and the surrounding area.
