As a business client, I understand that some work is still in progress, and they are unable to provide the full experience they aim for. However, it’s clear that even the staff feels disappointed about welcoming guests under these circumstances. That being said, this is a beautiful place, and the team is highly trained and extremely professional. I will definitely be returning for all my future meetings and stays here. The staff at reception desk were super nice, elegant and professional. The decoration of the building was amazing, very spacious and beautiful at every corner. The room is big with balcony, love everything here and can’t wait to go back again.

Enormous room with lots of places to sit and even a rooftop terrace. Everything clean and well equipped. Great breakfast with lots of nice options. Perfect location near the Geel central square but not directly on it, so it's quieter. Wonderful staff, they lent me a bike for free so I could commute by bike to work for the week.

Kasterlee is a wonderful little town, with all the facilities you could want within approx 200m from the property. There is a Spar for any shopping you may want. There are several coffee shops, bakery, two fast food outlets, Fruthoek near the railway crossing is highly recommended and a great bar In Den Drietip, serving over 100 different Belgian beers.

I booked a one-night stay to visit Bobbiaanland. It's literally just a 5-minute bike ride from the campsite. There's plenty to do in Kasterlee or nearby: shops, gas stations, restaurants. And the roads are clean!

The house was equipped with all necessary comforts, everything was there from entertainment, super friendly host, recommended for everyone, top location, games, bicycles, welcome drink, bed and bath linen provided, pleasant arrival in a heated house, 2 terraces, open and covered, good base for walks, cycling and sightseeing, was great

A beautiful place to explore, a wooded area with numerous restaurants and cafes. There are several brasseries geared towards children, allowing parents to relax together while their child is having a great time.

I booked the room three weeks in advance but only stayed two...

I booked the room three weeks in advance but only stayed two days. I wasn't reimbursed because I forgot to purchase the refund insurance. It was impossible to make myself understood by the hotel staff; they didn't speak French, so I didn't receive a refund.

Lovely walks. Kabouterbos is also very nice! We had dinner in Koningsbos in the evening. It was delicious and the service was great. If the weather is bad or it rains heavily, there's not much to do other than indoor activities. There was a bakery museum nearby, but it was still closed due to the coronavirus.

Staff were very helpful for whatever we required as cyclists doing the Flanders Cycle Route. We needed an indoor power point to charge our cycles and they found the perfect location within the hotel. Breakfast was an extra 10€, but it matched any other accommodation breakfast for literally half the price. The hotel had plenty of outside seating for enjoying the supermarket meal we brought. We also had a lovely fan for sleeping and that was an unexpected bonus.
