Located in a cool vibe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. Royal museum nearby, also a nice park. Annabelle at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating! I took the tram from central area, so easy. My room was extremely comfortable with good amenities 🧡

If you want a perfect location for your stay in Anvers , this is it. The superb train station si nearby. Other atractions ar super close. The hotel is sparkly clean, staff very helpfull and polite. The location for this stay is perfect. The room is very spacious and clean for cost per night. Everything is functional in the rooms. There are lockers for keeping your belongings if you arrive early, or depart later. I didn't get a chance to use it, but the hotel also has a shared laundry machine. A small shop for cold beverages, beer, and wine is always available downstairs.

Excellent service and wonderful staff What did you like? My stay at Radisson Hotel Antwerp Berchem was excellent. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the facilities I needed. The location is also perfect, close to transport and the city. What impressed me the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to thank Milorad Mićić, Assistant Front Office Manager, who helped me a lot and made my stay very smooth and pleasant. Thanks to his support, I truly felt welcomed.

The location for us was perfect because we took the train to Antwerp and the hotel was across the street and down about a block. We were taking the train again to Holland so again, so easy for us. We super appreciated how easy the checkin was. Although our room was not ready, they assigned us a room and stored our luggage while we went for lunch. They were helpful in helping us choose a place to go for lunch as well. We were really pleased with the room, and the comfort of the beds plus the lighting options and a great shower. We had a little trouble with the Nespresso in the room but did not ask for help until we checked out. There was a turn on button we did not see, so our fault. Next time we will ask sooner.
