Exceptional Service During a Difficult Time I stayed at HOTEL L'AVENUE during an unexpected vehicle breakdown while travelling through the area, and I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and support. They went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful situation. Not only was the hotel comfortable and welcoming, but the team also helped me find a local car rental company when I had no transport. Their assistance was incredibly helpful and made a huge difference during my stay. The service was truly outstanding — professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. What a beautiful surprise! Decorated with a Scandinavian twist combined with very unique touches with local items. From the fresh Holliday diffuser to the pristine rooms, the lot took me by surprise and made me travel through time and space. Spacious room and bathroom, locally cute balcony over a lake, surrounded by nature and magic forest. The bar was a win win, meeting friends near the open fire, so cosy! A lovely getaway unfortunately too short. I’d have loved renting an E-bike or walk through the wood that crispy morning within some left over snow! I’ll be back, for sure!

Ample parking with a lovely restaurant almost in the grounds of the car park. The hotel has a lovely bar and the breakfast was ample including freshly made omelettes. The staff are super friendly and made us feel very much at home. I will definitely stay here again as its location to the Ardennes is excellent but not remote so that you struggle for food or shops.

Prefect location for an overnight stop driving from Yorkshire to Austria. We chose the hotel because it had EV Charging Points (2 x Type 2 chargers, run by Mobility+, which we paid for via a ChargeMap RFID card). Excellent quality and choice for breakfast

Easy to enter Hotel and room with the code. Very clean and comfortable modern room. Restaurant on ground floor very good. Friendly, good food and service. Bakery next door also good value for a snack or breakfast.

Completely effortless! No-staff hotel but leave a tip for the maid, I forgot.... Clearly defined room access. Everything as promised. Maid cleaned our apartment even during my 2 night stay!
