We loved how modern everything is, it made it so so comfortable. Soft lights at your bedside when you touch them, great air con, motorized blinds. The room was small but well equipped and a place for everything. The staff were so gracious, and helpful. With suggestions and with help. We had trouble with the PIN code to get in and out so the manager quickly solved it with making us a card key. The entrance and sitting area were so classy. Breakfasts were delicious and the coffee machine with cappichinos fantastic.

This really felt like a four-star experience. The staff was friendly, kind and proactive. The bedroom design was smart and comfortable, feels ideal for a longer stay. The building was renovated recently and was well-appointed but also kept a lot of old-world charm. The location was ideal for exploring the old town of Ghent.
