🌟🌟🌟🌟 4/5 – Great Stay Near Atomium and ING Arena We stayed at the Luxury Duplex near Expo 12, ING Arena & Atomium in Wemmel, and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and located in a peaceful area with great access to local attractions. The amenities were excellent, and the host was brilliant—always ready to help with anything we needed. While there wasn’t a washing machine in the apartment, there was a convenient public laundry nearby. One suggestion would be to add a double bed and two single bunk beds in the large room to make it even more suitable for families with children. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

The atmosphere is amazing! All staff were kind and great! A huge thank you to the lady helping on the breakfast area, she was so communicative and my daughter loved her! She’s very kind and we felt great. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is new. Room was perfect and clean and because we were checking out on a Tuesday, they allowed us for a late check out which helped us, as we were with our daughter and our flight was not until late afternoon. Highly recommend it!

The Hotel Fleur de Ville is a wonderful base in Brussels with friendly and hospitable staff. The rooms are elegant, immaculately clean, spacious, and everything from the bathroom fixtures to the linen look crisp and new. The hotel is a convenient base for exploring the city, a 7-minute walk to the Grand-Place and St. Michael & St. Gudula Cathedral and a 3-minute walk to the Place De Brouckère. The Wolf Food Market next door has a variety of cuisines to suit different tastes, including Neapolitan pizza, housemade pastas, pho, and pastrami sandwiches. Wemmel is a suburban area beyond the circular Brussels road.

Wemmel is a suburban area beyond the circular Brussels road. Once you pass the junction from the Atomium area you feel you are in a different world. It is still urban, but is less rushed and more up market. The houses straddling the road from the city to Wemmel are varied in style and interesting. There are shops, a post office and plenty of restaurants. Plenty of buses go into the area from the end of the metro ( line 6)-240,241,242 and 243. They are not plentiful ( particularly on Sundays)but about every 20 minutes. The walk to the metro is about 2 miles and can be done quickly down the main road. It is a quiet suburban area which you would be most likely to use as a retreat from Brussels. The Atomium , Exhibition area and Stadium are the nearest tourist sites. We used it to visit the Johnny Halliday Exhibition there.

I went for work (Brussels Expo), I didn't visit the city, but I go to the same place every year, and what's annoying is that many things are closed on Sundays and holidays. For those who work or even on vacation, there are basic things that are difficult to find, like a supermarket to buy a simple loaf of bread...

We had booked this hotel for car parking, but the hotel does not allow us to park our car in front of the hotel. They told us to park elsewhere. This is a problem. Also, there is no hair dryer. Apart from these, we are generally satisfied.

A very pleasant flat in the Wemmel area. Spacious and well equipped. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Catch the 240,241,242, 243 from the King Baudoin metro station at the end of Line 6. Economical. Near to the atomium and park areas.

Small hotel, family managed, with careful staff, good ambiance, quiet and super clean. Very good breakfast. Next to the ring and ideal for short stays and even to work inside rooms with desk. Not too far from few good dining option.
